Salik

Also known as Dubai toll, RTA toll tag.

Salik is Dubai's electronic toll-collection system, charging AED 4–6 per gate pass. Every vehicle registered in Dubai has a linked Salik account. Outstanding balances must be cleared before ownership transfer; the tag itself stays with the car, but the balance moves with the original owner.
