Mulkiya
Also known as vehicle registration card, car registration.
Mulkiya is the Arabic term for a vehicle registration card issued by RTA (Dubai) or equivalent emirate transport authorities. It records the vehicle's chassis number, owner, registration plate, and renewal expiry. Selling a car in the UAE requires transferring the mulkiya to the buyer at a RTA service centre, with both Emirates IDs present.
