RTA Passing Certificate

Also known as RTA inspection, passing report.

The Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) passing certificate is the inspection report that confirms a Dubai-registered vehicle meets road-worthiness standards. Renewed annually for cars older than three years, the certificate is mandatory for vehicle re-registration. A recent pass adds buyer confidence and slightly increases resale value.
