Warranty Status
Also known as car warranty, manufacturer warranty.
Warranty status indicates whether a car is still covered by the manufacturer's original warranty (typically 3–5 years or 100,000 km in the UAE, whichever comes first), or by a paid extended-warranty product. Cars within warranty resell for a 3–7% premium versus equivalent out-of-warranty cars, because the next owner inherits the coverage.
